Website is so misleading when trying to place on order with everything important in fine print and no number to call to correct it. Replies take up to 10 working days for a reply. Won't order from them again.

Disappointed is an understatement! I ordered multiple items from Taylor Swift official site on July 24th for a birthday/Christmas gift for my sister. It is now November 19, and I just cancelled my entire purchase. Apparently my order couldn't be shipped due to a sweater that was on back order. When I asked if they could ship the remaining $120 worth of items because I needed them for her birthday present the support team stated that because I didn't select a box at checkout saying I wanted the items shipped when they became available (I was never prompted to do that) I would have to wait, or they said I could cancel my order and try to reorder the other items if they were available. They aren't available of course. To top it off, Now costumer service says that I received a digital album that is non refundable, but when I emailed them saying that I never received it In an email or anything and asked how to obtain them, they ignored it and said "Under no circumstances will the portion of your order that contains digital music be refundable. We are sorry for any inconvenience!" this must be a joke! It's sad when customers are simply trying to support an artist and give gifts to others but we never received them and are forced to cancel. Horrible customer service

I wish I could give it less than 1 star. I ordered the Evermore long sleeve, when it first came out back in December. I waited 2 months for it to arrive, and when it did arrive there were small holes around the seams in the sleeves near the wrist. When I first wore it, it stained my skin green and I couldn't get the stain off for days. When I washed it I first put it in the sink to hand wash it and attempt to get all of the excess green dye out. I looked up a bunch of different ways to do so, and I tried almost all of them. I then let it air dry. After drying I stuck it in the washing machine and washed it on cold, and it still stained my machine green. I waited until a couple days ago to wear it again, because I was afraid it would do the same thing. Let me tell you, I look like the grinch that stole Christmas, and it appears that more and more of the stitching is coming undone. AFTER WEARING TWICE. I am just very disappointed in the quality of the merch.
After having to wait over 10 weeks for item to arrive and spending a lot of money on hoodie my daughter was very excited to receive this. Due to current pandemic I washed the hoodie on a 30 degree wash only to find my washing machine stained green!! The top is leaving green dye all over my hand when I touch it. Not impressed. All that money for a top that essentially will leave you looking like the Incredible Hulk!! The ring did the same to her finger- cheap badly made crap. Save your money and order a lookalike from Etsy, guarantee quality will be better. SHAME ON YOU UNIVERSAL.

Horrible experience.
I never received a shipping notification for an item, and when I flagged it hadn't arrived was told they couldn't grant a refund because it had been more than 60 days since it had shipped.
This is literal robbery. I hope it gets rectified.
I had to hassle them for over two weeks before they even sent my package. I should not have had to remind them to send me what I paid for. Then it got lost in transit. Which isn't their fault, admittedly, but they would still do little to rectify it except make me wait probably another two weeks for a new one. Their customer service is appalling, as all they do is send out generic responses instead of actually responding to what you've written.
I ordered $100 worth of merch in July and the release date was pushed twice since then. I’ve been understanding and patient but I mooved to another town in September and notified the online store as soon as I mooved so they could ship my package at the right address. Guess what? They didn’t. As soon as the sent the delivery notice in January I emailed them again to change the address and they did nothing. Now my package is in the hands of the new tenant that I don’t know or have contact with, and even then, I can’t travel because of COVID. The store haven’t answered my emails since January 7th.

I have preordered two albums (lover and Evermore) and bought folklore when announced.
Each time she has released othe rsongs not on album
Now 1 week after the preorder of the digital album she reduces the price
Never again.

Can't watch her anymore after her lashing out at President Trump. She has a right to say what she wants but I also have a right to not listen to her music.
